With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Conferences with a solid background in driving organizational growth by creating new opportunities through conferences and events.
Position: Business Development Executive – Conferences (English/Arabic/French)
Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India & Paris
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Generate business from existing and new clients.
- Design creative proposal production from tender to pitch.
- Collaborate with Conferences manager to add innovative approaches to event management services.
- Visit various types of trade events and exhibitions, network and create more sales opportunities.
- Contribute new ideas to marketing team to increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in sales consulting or business development from events/conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
