Business Development Executive

Overview

Blue Ocean Corporation, the leading Superbrands and Great Place To Work organization, is expanding rapidly in the Middle East, India and Paris.

With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for a Business Development Executive with sales experience in Training/ L&D to support us in our expansion goals.

Position: Business Development Executive. (English/Arabic/French)

Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India & Paris

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation by contacting existing and new clients across government, semi-government and private sectors.
  • Present and promote the company’s Training programs and services.
  • Achieve revenue targets through sales and business development activities.
  • Develop and present presentations/proposals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Retain existing customers and develop new customers through professional customer service.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other teams to ensure all training programs deliver highest standards of services.
  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends, monitor competition, and follow current developments.
  • Update CRM and manage leads.
  • Manage customer database.
  • Meet committed deadlines and devise sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales related to Training / Learning &Development field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and go the extra mile are a must.
