Digital Marketing Officer – Arabic

Blue Ocean Corporation, the leading Superbrands and Great Place To Work organization, is expanding rapidly in the MENA and other regions. With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to support our Arabic business targets and expansions plans.


Position: Digital Marketing Officer – Arabic

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:  

  • Implement product-specific and overall strategic marketing insights to boost sales performance targeted towards the Arabic audience.
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM marketing initiatives across various channels – social media platforms, mobile, search engine, email, and paid advertisement, to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Scale & strategize lead generation activities for new customer acquisition from Google channels, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter.
  • Monitor search engine programs (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Webmaster tools) for purposes of campaign management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Track and evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare results to goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage Direct email marketing campaigns (Mail Chimp or similar tools)
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all media avenues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 – 5 years experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelors or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Solid understanding of organic and paid digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Adept in identifying target audience and running highly engaging campaigns.
  • Efficient in managing budgets and lead projects.
