With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for a Receptionist cum Office Admin with experience in office administrative duties for a fast-growing organization.
Position: Receptionist cum Office Admin (English/Arabic/French)
Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India & Paris
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/messages.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Scheduling of courier collections and deliveries and distribution of same.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Manage diary/calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory of stock.
- Report any customer/operational issues to the concerned department.
- Receive visitors (students/ clients/stakeholders) in the office appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to other team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience as an Office Admin/Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Impressive Customer service attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with time-management skills
