Receptionist cum Office Admin

With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for a Receptionist cum Office Admin with experience in office administrative duties for a fast-growing organization.

Position: Receptionist cum Office Admin (English/Arabic/French)

Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India & Paris

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/messages.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Scheduling of courier collections and deliveries and distribution of same.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Manage diary/calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Order front office supplies and maintain inventory of stock.
  • Report any customer/operational issues to the concerned department.
  • Receive visitors (students/ clients/stakeholders) in the office appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience as an Office Admin/Receptionist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impressive Customer service attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with time-management skills
