Position: Sales Coordinator
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our corporate wing.
Eligible candidates should preferably have proven experience working in a similar role in the training industry.
- Providing administrative support to the Corporate Business Development team and Senior Management.
- Making business proposals to meet B2B requirements.
- Drafting reports and correspondence.
- Maintaining internal databases with great detail.
- Liaising with internal and external units to carry out administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a detailed filing system for data on customers and external partners.
- Arranging training, meetings and scheduling events.
- Carrying out all administrative processes in adherence to company standards and policy.
- Carry out clerical tasks as and when required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
- Should have a sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
