Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Dubai

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our corporate wing.

Eligible candidates should preferably have proven experience working in a similar role in the training industry.

Job Description:

  • Providing administrative support to the Corporate Business Development team and Senior Management.
  • Making business proposals to meet B2B requirements.
  • Drafting reports and correspondence.
  • Maintaining internal databases with great detail.
  • Liaising with internal and external units to carry out administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining a detailed filing system for data on customers and external partners.
  • Arranging training, meetings and scheduling events.
  • Carrying out all administrative processes in adherence to company standards and policy.
  • Carry out clerical tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
  • Should have a sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
