With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for a Training Manager with solid experience in the sales and management of professional learning and development courses.
Position: Training Manager (English/Arabic/French)
Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India & Paris
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective learning and development sales strategies for upscaling business.
- Implement product-specific and overall strategic insights to boost sales performance.
- Assess the needs of departments and facilitate the correct training program.
- Address specific problems and customize training programs as necessary.
- Support sales teams in various business development activities.
- Develop and present presentations/proposals to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure all training programs deliver the highest standards of services.
- Conduct market research, analyze market trends, monitor competition, and follow current developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales related to Training / Learning & Development field.
- Adept in identifying gaps and proposing effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile are a must.
